Wetsus talent

It is widely recognised that the lack of talented professionals is an increasingly limiting factor in the water sector. To guarantee the continuity of the sector and the leading technological position the Netherlands has in the water treatment world, the education of human capital is a basic condition.
Wetsus plays an important role in the national Human Capital Roadmap (HCR), in which all relevant players of the Dutch water sector cooperate in order to interest youths for an education in a relevant technical fi eld. The HCR is focused upon education, job-market orientation and HR-policy and is characterized by several fields of attention
