Demonstration site drinking water Noardburgum

The demonstration site of Vitens, located at the drinking water treatment plant Noardburgum, offers a perfect location to test, demonstrate and scale up innovative technologies in the field of (drinking) water treatment. The site will be commissioned in 2011. Pilot plats ca be installed either in a fully equipped experimental hall or outside as containerized units. Several water streams are available, such as raw ground water, back wash water from rapid sand filters, surface water and brackish ground water.
