Wetsus Water Challenge 2009

The Challenge The Wetsus Water Challenge offers the opportunity to get a first hand experience in the daily work in one of the leading research institutes in water technology in Europe. This event is intended for master students, graduates and post-graduates who are interested in water technology and who aspire to start their career as a PhD student on the cutting edge between academia and industry. During the challenge, the multiple aspects of water research within Wetsus will be presented. Examples of cooperation between scientific expertise (e.g. universities, knowledge institutes) and industrial practice will be demonstrated. You will get the opportunity to show your abilities and qualifications as a team member in the scientific environment of Wetsus. If you are graduated or going to graduate in 2009 or 2010 in an engineering or natural sciences field, the Wetsus Water Challenge is your opportunity to start a successful career in water technology. The companies who define the research program have a strong focus on practical innovation and commercial application. PhD students from Wetsus have a strong multidisciplinary background and a well developed sense for commerce and application. On the job market there is an ever increasing need for these unique people.
