Biography

Dr. Elmar C. Fuchs is specialized in the interaction of water with external fields. Next to his function as Wetsus Program Manager he is coordinator of the Wetsus Applied Water Physics theme which aims to investigate and utilize theses interactions in order to create sustainable water treatment technology. Elmar C. Fuchs is also guest researcher at the University of Twente, Non-tenured Associate Professor for Physical Chemistry at the University of Vienna, and co-founder of the cosmic water foundation.
