PhD Researcher
I am a social scientist, specializing in the ethics and politics of emergent technologies and inter- and transdisciplinary collaborations. My research is about resource recovery in the water and agricultural sector. Observations on the ways these technologies are done in experimental sites, gives insights into the ways values and relations are being shaped. My project involves interdisciplinary collaboration with diverse stakeholders. At Wetsus, I will develop a workshop series that allows for PhD candidates to reflect about the foreseen and unforeseen implications of the technologies they are designing. Theoretically my work is based on Anthropology and Science and Technology Studies (STS) while making connections with Human Geography and Design Studies in my current PhD project.
